Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Success Executive to bridge the gap between sales, delivery, and client success. The role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey from deal closure through implementation and ongoing engagement, while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

Sales Success Executive; 

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management within the IT industry.
