As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud - Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Your growing business knowledge will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. - Analyzing client needs and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve client objectives
- Managing project budgets and timelines to deliver successful outcomes
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to drive innovation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication
- Identifying opportunities for process standardization and improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling
