Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional to join our team and help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs. In this role, you will guide buyers through the sales process with professionalism, product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and able to build trust while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional showroom experience.
  • Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and available options clearly and accurately.
  • Conduct test drives and answer questions about vehicle performance, technology, safety, and financing options.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to final delivery.
  • Work closely with finance, management, and service teams to support a smooth transaction.
  • Follow up with prospective and current customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, incentives, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Accurately complete sales documentation and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with performance-based goals.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems and tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required.
