What You'll Own

  • Daily operations of a high-volume, 12-chair shop
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing barbers
  • Building the schedule and keeping chairs full
  • Inventory and product ordering
  • Booking, POS, and staff management via Mangomint
  • Equipment upkeep and a clean, sanitary, code-compliant shop
  • Upholding CTC's standard on every cut, every client

What You Bring
