As a Scrum Master - Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to develop innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading agile teams in the development and delivery of innovative software solutions
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with client expectations
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to enhance software quality
- Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Implementing software development methodologies to drive digital transformation and improve business performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address software engineering challenges
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Facilitating effective communication and feedback within the team to foster a collaborative work environment
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized software architecture
- Upholding professional and technical standards in software engineering practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
