We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to guide and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and mindset.
- Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and ensure smooth team functioning and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Track, monitor, and report sprint progress, team velocity, and other Agile metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams where applicable.
- Promote best practices in estimation, backlog grooming, and delivery execution.
- Enable teams to leverage Agile tools and frameworks effectively (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 6–10 years of IT experience, including at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage multiple teams or projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Background in software development or technical roles.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery models.
