Job Description

Top Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery across AEP, Target, and CJA workstreams.  
  2. Drive cross-team coordination (data engineering, marketing, analytics, QA) for integration, dependencies, and release planning.
  3. Ensure end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and release governance across data foundation, experience, and measurement layers.
  4. Identify and remove delivery impediments, while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

  1. 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery programs, preferably in Martech/CDP ecosystems (AEP, Target, CJA exposure desirable).
  2. Strong client-facing capability—ability to manage stakeholders, drive status discussions, and align business and technology teams.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage distributed teams and cross-functional dependencies.
  4. Ability to own governance, reporting, and escalation, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and delivery accountability.
