What You'll Do

  • Build Talent Pipelines
  • Identify, engage, and recruit top agricultural sales talent through networking, referrals, industry events, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing efforts.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders
  • Work closely with Region Managers and District Sales Managers to understand territory needs, develop recruiting strategies, and support regional growth initiatives.
  • Represent the Wyffels Brand
  • Serve as a brand ambassador within the agricultural community by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through industry events, meetings, and one-on-one conversations.
  • Drive Hiring Success
  • Lead candidates through the recruiting process, from initial outreach and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
  • Provide Market Insights
  • Monitor talent trends, competitor activity, and market conditions while sharing valuable recruiting insights with leadership.
