Job Description

Join a Growing, Values-Driven Hospitality Organization Where Your Expertise Fuels Success

At Hulsing Enterprises, we are a dynamic hospitality company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio of premium hotels and related properties. Our family of businesses includes high-quality hotels, restaurants, fitness and racquet clubs, and more—all united by our commitment to outstanding service, operational excellence, and creating memorable stays for every guest.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant for our Hotel Division. This role will focus on supporting the financial operations and growth of our hospitality portfolio while operating within the broader Hulsing ecosystem. You’ll gain exposure to how accounting supports multiple business lines, but your primary responsibilities will center on driving excellence in our hotels.

About the Role

As our Senior Accountant in the Hotel Division, you will report directly to the VP of Accounting and Finance and provide essential financial leadership and support for hotel operations. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Chief Operating Officer and General Managers to deliver the financial clarity needed to manage and grow these dynamic hospitality businesses. This is a strategic partnership role where your work directly influences business decisions and long-term success in a mission-aligned organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the COO, hotel leadership, and the VP of Accounting and Finance to deliver financial insights that support informed decision-making and growth initiatives.

  • Perform general cost accounting and a full range of accounting duties tailored to hospitality operations.

  • Prepare timely monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and profit & loss reports.

  • Maintain the general ledger with precision, including coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

  • Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits, and resolve any banking inquiries efficiently.

  • Manage accounts payable processes, verify invoice payments, and ensure accurate allocation to the proper accounts.

  • Collaborate with external auditors by providing necessary documentation and support for seamless audits.

  • Prepare and file required tax forms with federal, state, and local agencies.

  • Take on additional projects as needed to support the evolving needs of our growing hotel division and enterprise.
