Position Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of accounting and preparing financial statements for assigned communities and company. Required duties include preparing financial statements and analyzing trends and variances; reconciling material balance sheet accounts; preparing necessary closing and adjusting journal entries; preparing needed reporting in required formats for internal and external users of financial information.


Education/Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • Must have 2+ years of related accounting experience working independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and use of a 10-key by touch, as well as have the ability to work within various software programs.

  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, and data analysis skills.
