Astra Financial Group is seeking an experienced Ag Loan Officer who is ready to take the next step into market leadership. This role is designed for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow a market, with a clear path to becoming a Market President or Regional President.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage an agricultural loan portfolio

Build strong relationships with producers, business owners, and the community

Identify growth opportunities within the market

Contribute to overall market strategy and performance

Step into increasing leadership responsibilities over time

What We’re Looking For

Experience in agricultural or commercial lending

Strong relationship-building and business development skills

Knowledge of credit, underwriting, and portfolio management

Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a market leadership role

Understanding of rural/ag communities and their unique needs

Someone currently living in the area or willing to relocate to Belleville/Scandia, KS. area
