This role provides a great opportunity to work as part of the Resourcing Team focusing on supply and deployment. Balancing the needs of the business and the aspirations of the individuals, which is critical for the success in this role. Managing the annual forward planning process for offshore resources including allocating portfolios to team members in line with agreed budgets. Understanding individuals’ skillsets and experiences to apply intelligent mapping for each engagement. Detailed responsibilities include:
Managing supply and deployment for client facing engagements outside of forward planning process on a day-to-day basis.
Strategically allocate Audit professionals to engagements based on skills, availability and project complexity.
•Ensure a balanced workload across teams to prevent underutilization.
•Understand the process around shortfalls, prioritizing engagements. Proactively link in with engagement managers to understand flexibility in existing bookings to move staff around to fill critical shortfalls.
•Ability to quickly review a range of factors to plan on the best allocation considering e.g. availability, skills, regulatory and role requirements
•Scenario planning to be able to provide a range of options and review which would provide the best overall outcome before committing Resource
•Ability to manage a large volume of multiple requests at the same time work closely with Resource Advisors from other PGs to lend and borrow as appropriate.
.•6+ years of work experience in Resourcing/Staffing.
•In-depth understanding of the Resource Management process
