Overview

The Senior AI Engineer drives end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms—leading solution architecture, orchestrating model pipelines, designing multi-agent workflows, and creating reusable SDKs and frameworks. They work across product, engineering, security, and governance teams to ensure AI systems are scalable, observable, cost-efficient, and compliant. Senior Engineers are responsible for defining design patterns, optimizing operational pipelines, and enabling internal reuse of proven solutions. 

 

As an AI Engineer, you will own the full lifecycle from architecting secure, compliant solutions to deploying and scaling them in production. You will work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, multi-agent orchestration, and API integrations for EHR, CRM, and member portals all while solving complex problems, ensure HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices.  

 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field or equivalent practical experience delivering production AI/ML systems. (Preferred)  

  • Master’s or equivalent experience (Preferred) 

 

Certification/Licensure 

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or ML specialty credentials (Preferred)  

 

Experience 

  • 5 years in production-grade AI/ML (Required)  

  • 3 years building and operating production AI/ML systems - training, deployment, monitoring (Required) 

  • One year GenAI/LLM or RAG solution delivered to production or equivalent experience open-source contributions, or startups. (Required)  

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for full-time employment is: $106,080 - $176,820.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
