Lead the Technology Foundation Behind a Global Business

At URUS, technology is a critical enabler of our global growth strategy. We are seeking a Senior Director, IT Operations & Cybersecurity to lead the next phase of operational excellence, cybersecurity maturity, and technology modernization across our global portfolio of businesses.

 

This role offers the opportunity to shape the technology experience for employees around the world while strengthening the infrastructure, security, and service capabilities that support our continued growth.

 

As a senior technology leader, you will oversee cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud operations, service delivery, and end-user technology while partnering closely with business leaders to ensure technology investments drive measurable business value. You will also help identify practical opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, employee experience, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like

During your first 12 months, you will:

  • Establish and communicate a clear technology operations and cybersecurity roadmap.

  • Continue advancing cybersecurity maturity and reducing operational risk.

  • Improve service delivery performance and employee technology experiences.

  • Lead modernization initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency while helping teams navigate change.

  • Strengthen governance, lifecycle management, and technology planning processes.

  • Support acquisition integration efforts and ensure technology readiness for future growth.

  • Identify practical opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve operations and support functions.

 

Success will be measured by stronger operational performance, reduced risk, improved employee satisfaction, and technology investments that support business priorities.

 

What You Will Lead

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

  • Advance cybersecurity strategy and maturity across a global environment.

  • Lead security operations, vulnerability management, identity and access management, governance, compliance, and incident response activities.

  • Balance business enablement with appropriate risk management and security controls.

 

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Oversee global infrastructure, cloud services, networks, end-user computing, service desk operations, and field support.

  • Improve reliability, scalability, and performance across enterprise technology platforms.

  • Develop technology roadmaps that align operational needs with long-term business objectives.

 

Service Excellence & Modernization

  • Improve employee technology experiences through process optimization, automation, self-service capabilities, and thoughtful change adoption.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.

  • Lead lifecycle planning efforts and reduce technical debt across infrastructure and enterprise platforms.

 

Growth & Integration

  • Partner with business leaders to support acquisitions, integrations, and technology transformation initiatives while leading change with clarity and confidence.

  • Ensure Day 1 readiness and successful integration planning for acquired organizations.

  • Create scalable operating models that support future business growth.
