Sr Financial Analyst – Global Supply Chain Finance

Hologic is seeking a highly motivated Sr Financial Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Finance team. This individual contributor will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives across Hologic’s global supply chain network. You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Accounting, and FP&A to deliver actionable insights, support integration efforts, and enhance financial processes.

What you can expect:

  • Own Global Inventory Reporting & Insights

    Lead global inventory reporting processes, delivering clear and actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities. Drive initiatives to reduce inventory levels and improve working capital efficiency across the global network.
  • Lead Finance Support for M&A Integration

    Partner with IT, Accounting, and Operations to support financial integration of acquired companies, ensuring alignment of systems, reporting structures, and financial processes.
  • Support Divestitures as Needed

    Assist with financial separation activities, including data readiness, reporting adjustments, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Govern Reporting Hierarchies & Data Structures

    Maintain and enhance financial reporting hierarchies to ensure accurate, scalable, and consistent reporting across systems and business units.
  • Support Standard Costing & Revaluation

    Partner with Operations Finance and Accounting to execute the annual standard cost revaluation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational and financial objectives. 
  • Partner with Tax on updating Markup Tables 

    Partner with Tax and IT teams on updating markup tables for intercompany transactions annually
  • Contribute to Planning Processes

    Provide meaningful input and analytical support for the annual budget and long-range strategic planning processes, linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
  • Drive Ad Hoc Analysis & Special Projects

    Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support key business decisions, continuous improvement initiatives, and executive-level requests.
  • Enhance Reporting & Analytics

    Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to increase automation, transparency, and decision support capabilities.

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance
  • Strong expertise in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and supply chain finance concepts
  • Proven experience supporting complex cross-functional projects
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools preferred
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and planning tools (e.g., Hyperion or similar)
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus
  • 3 to 4 days expected in the office weekly

Additional Info:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,900 to $128,100 (commensurate with level and experience) and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
