As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping leaders make informed business decisions. You’ll work with financial data to uncover insights, support strategy, and contribute to performance across a diverse group of businesses. What You’ll Be Working On
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives
Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly performance (budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, profitability)
Identify trends and translate data into meaningful insights
Budgeting & Forecasting
Partner with business leaders to develop departmental budgets
Support rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning
Identify key drivers and opportunities to improve performance
Business Partnering & Decision Support
Contribute to analyses that support decisions around pricing, investments, and cost management
Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership
Support evaluation of strategic opportunities, including acquisitions
Process Improvement
Learn current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Help streamline reporting and financial workflows
Partner cross-functionally to enhance tools and reporting capabilities

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA certification
4–5 years of public accounting (audit) experience
Solid Excel skills with a desire to continue building advanced capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communicator who enjoys translating financial insights for non-financial audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to learn and develop
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
