*Please note: this position works out of our Boston office 3x per week, with the option to work from home 2x per week.



Responsibilities:

The Senior Financial Analyst partners with corporate accounting and regional peers to assist in the management of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

  • Review and analyze regional, sector and office monthly financial statements.
  • Development of ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as required by senior management.
  • Partner with regional finance to identify and implement enhancements to reporting and analysis.
  • Provide account analysis and detailed backup on key line items for use in decision-making.
  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for the region.
  • Develop and maintain budget and forecast reports.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience required. Public Accounting experience preferred.  Experience in construction, engineering or similar industries preferred.
  • Strong experience in analysis, budgeting & forecasting. 
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Additional Role Specific Skills: Incredible attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills. Must have experience with consolidation.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously.

Salary Range Information:

Boston Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $112,000 The range stated is specific to Boston.  Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
