ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a potential Senior Financial Management Business Analyst, this role will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of our client. This potential role is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in leading all IT Financial Management activities, ensuring accurate Spend Plan Management, IAA oversight, financial data reporting, and multi-year budget support aligned with FPAC's complex shared-cost model. SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Oversees financial planning, IAA execution, redistribution of funds, and multi-FY spend planning.
- Produces Monthly Statistical Reports, KPI reports, audits, and operational metrics.
- Ensures timely updates to the BOB Financial Database and related reporting.
- Coordinates with Budget, Working Capital Fund processes, and cost performance tracking.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years federal IT financial management experience.
- Strong understanding of FPAC-style shared cost models and financial data calls.
- Experience with obligations, accruals, commitments, and financial workflow systems.
- Experience with USDA preferred.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $95,000 – $135,000
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
