POSITION SUMMARY
We're looking for a senior creative who can both set the vision and produce the work. This position is 20-30 hours a week. Half the job is direction — shaping how our brand looks and feels and turning a business goal into a concept. The other half is execution — taking a project brief and a stack of sales copy and building it into a finished print and digital assets.
You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to design marketing collateral for a range of audiences: government, non-profits, general contractors, and individual homeowners. We need someone who can take a brief and run with it, bring strong creative ideas of their own, and keep our brand consistent everywhere it shows up.
Responsibilities
· Set creative direction
· Own and evolve our brand identity
· Design and produce marketing collateral: brochures, booklets, one-pagers, flyers, signage, trade-show and event materials, ads, and sales handouts
· Collaborate and work with Marketing Manager on building social media graphics and short-form video content
· Keep files, source assets, and versions organized in a clean workflow
Qualifications
· 6+ years of professional design experience
· Experience building or evolving a brand identity or design system end to end
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva
· A strong command of typography, color, layout, and production and print fundamentals
· The ability to present an idea, stand behind it, and connect creative choices to the goal
· Self-directed and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
· A positive & can-do attitude
The Ideal Candidate...
· Experience in construction, real estate, architecture or homebuilding
· Understanding of renderings based on 2D or 3D drawings
· A very good relationship with Ai tools to help create visually appealing product offerings
· Photography or photo-retouching skills
