Job Description
Senior IT Business Systems Analyst JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior IT Business Systems Analyst serves as a technical administrator for banking systems and applications as well as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver effective, scalable solutions. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful delivery through testing and release coordination in a remote-first environment.
 
Senior IT Business Systems Analyst ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):

* Elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
* Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder discussions
* Develop and execute test plans and support UAT
* Track and resolve defects and validate outcomes
* Collaborate with IT, PMO, Training, and Operations teams
* Review vendor releases and assess system impacts
* Support production issue resolution
* Identify process improvement opportunities
* Exercises awareness with regard to possible suspicious activity, money laundering or fraudulent behavior and reports any such incidents to the BSA department. Performs all job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations as applicable to the position, including, but not limited to BSA/AML, OFAC and GLBA/privacy rules.
