Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements, including current state assessment, gap analysis, and roadmap definition
- Conduct Blueprint assessments and design future-state Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Perform process mapping (as-is / to-be) across sourcing, contracting, and supplier management
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives (requirements gathering, RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, award)
- Develop category strategies and playbooks across key indirect spend areas
- Define and implement supplier selection frameworks and scorecarding models
- Lead contracting approach including MSA/SOW structuring, negotiation support, and CLM alignment
- Establish savings tracking frameworks (cost savings, cost avoidance, and risk mitigation)
- Design and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and performance governance models
- Build procurement operating models (onshore/offshore structure, roles, governance, KPIs)
- Develop capability decks, solution offerings, and client-facing collateral
- Support and lead RFP responses, solutioning, and client presentations
- Identify and drive cross-sell and growth opportunities within client accounts
- Build accelerators and standard methodologies (RFx templates, scorecards, playbooks, dashboards)
- Collaborate with leadership to scale Sourcing & Procurement practice and offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing models, benchmarking, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sourcing or spend analytics tools is a plus
- Understanding of contract structures, commercial terms, and sourcing best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
