Join our Team as a Senior Manager, Product Portfolio to transform the Future of Intelligent Material Handling!

Why This Role Matters:

This is not a maintenance role, it’s a platform for transformation.

We are seeking a senior product leader to architect and scale a high-impact portfolio of advanced lift truck solutions. As a Senior Manager, Product Portfolio, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, engineering innovation, and market leadership, shaping the future of how materials move across industries worldwide.

You’ll lead a talented team, influence design decision-making, and drive a portfolio that directly impacts revenue, customer experience, and competitive advantage. For the right leader, this is an opportunity to leave a visible mark on an enterprise-wide business.

This role is based in Greene, NY, where you’ll find a collaborative environment, high-performing team, access to leadership, and the ability to make decisions that drive lasting impact.

Role Overview:

You will have end-to-end accountability for a complex and evolving product portfolio, including Class 1 Stand-Up, Class 2, and Class 3 lift trucks, ensuring each delivers meaningful customer value and aligns with long-term strategy.

This includes:

  • Portfolio Leadership at Scale
Set direction and drive execution across multiple product lines, balancing innovation, speed, and operational excellence.

  • Strategic Influence
Partner directly with executive leadership to shape the company’s strategic plan and translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration
Align Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Operations around shared priorities—breaking down silos to accelerate outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development
Build, mentor, and elevate a team of Product Planning and Portfolio Managers—creating a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.

  • Operational & Financial Stewardship
Own portfolio-level planning, resource allocation, and budgeting—making decisions that drive both innovation and profitability.

  • Customer-Centered Innovation
Champion the voice of the customer, identifying high-leverage opportunities to enhance product value and deepen market impact.
  • Continuous Improvement & Execution Excellence
Lead with urgency and discipline, embedding continuous improvement into how work gets done.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product planning/management or engineering, including 5+ years leading teams

  • Proven success managing multiple product lines in complex, matrixed environments

  • Strong grasp of product development processes, including agile and cross-functional delivery models

  • The ability to operate strategically while staying close enough to execution to drive results

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership skills, including executive-level influence

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience in material handling or similarly complex industrial products

  • A track record of scaling product portfolios and driving measurable business outcomes

  • Comfort working directly with customers and translating insights into innovation

  • A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and momentum across teams

If you’re a product leader who wants more ownership, more visibility, and more influence, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your decisions shape not just products, but the future direction of the business
