We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant in Surgery! If you are proactive and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

What's Available:

  • Hours: 40 hours/week

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, rotating between 7:30am-3:30 pm or 8 am-4:30pm

  • Department: Surgery

  • Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI

What You'll Do:

  • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.

  • Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.

  • Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.

  • Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

What You' Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work

  • Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented

  • Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
