Job Description

NoahFace is seeking a Senior Product Architect for the NoahFace platform, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. This is a critical role that will suit a highly experienced architect or engineer who can work independently and values the flexibility of a 100% remote environment.

Duties

You will be required to:

  • Maintain oversight of the feature and issue backlog for the NoahFace platform.

  • Act as the bridge between our Technical Services team (managing customer implementations and support) and Engineering. This includes meeting regularly with this team to offer advice, to gather roadmap input, and to educate them on new product features.

  • Design new features for the NoahFace platform that impact all layers of the product architecture (ie: data storage, Web Dashboard, HR platform integrations, internal REST APIs, and mobile Apps).

  • Drive our Engineering team to implement new features and fix issues.

  • Test new releases of our platform prior to production release.

  • Update documentation and tech notes to reflect new features.

Location

Remote (Work from Home).

Remuneration

You will be compensated with a package commensurate with your experience and the demands of this role.

Essential

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a demonstrated 10+ year career in product engineering.

  • Have an excellent command of a wide range of technologies, including databases, REST APIs, and JSON.

  • Have an excellent understanding of user interface design.

  • Be willing and able to be hands-on in technical support, low level design, testing, and documentation.

  • Be an advocate of the use of AI technology to automate and accelerate work.

  • Be willing and able to work independently.

  • Be intelligent, motivated, professional, and resourceful.

  • Be proficient with IT business interaction tools.

Highly Desirable

Knowledge of and experience with any of the following would be beneficial:

  • AWS.

  • MacOS, Xcode, and iOS/iPadOS.

  • ObjectiveC and ReactNative.

  • PHP.

  • The Apple App Store review and release process.

  • Time and Attendance.

  • HR and Payroll platforms, such as: Workday, UKG, Dayforce, and SAP SuccessFactors.
