You will solve complex functional problems and build highly intuitive, user-centered solutions that address the complex needs of the clinical trial industry. What You'll DoOwn and lead the end-to-end design process for MyVeeva for Patients, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity design to ensure exceptional user experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and clinical trial experts, to define design requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and user needsConduct user research, including interviews, usability testing and desk research to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs, and use this data to inform design decisionsDevelop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across products and implementationsAdvocate for design excellence, usability, and innovation throughout the product development lifecycleProvide mentorship and guidance to other designers, elevating the overall design quality within the teamContinuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, market trends, and product performance to drive ongoing improvementsEnsure that designs align with regulatory and industry standards, particularly within the context of clinical trials and healthcareRequirements5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex enterprise-level applicationsProven expertise in UX and interaction design, information architecture and crafting thoughtful and considerate user interfacesExperience designing user experiences across multiple touchpoints to unify mixed platforms into one cohesive, seamless experienceExpert in Figma and other design tooling, including building complex componentsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible productsExperience with agile development processes and collaborating in a cross-functional, fast-paced environmentA proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamNice to HaveExperience building design systems, including governance and maintaining components and patternsHas led end-to-end product design on a 0-1 project, starting from requirement gathering to a shipped MVPExperience mentoring or leading other designers through design processesHas designed for multiple modalities including Phone, Tablet and WebFamiliarity with modern AI capabilities and workflowsPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $100,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
