Currently, RG is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager. The Senior Program Manager is an exempt customer-facing business professional that provides a variety of services directly to customers for their ongoing programs, new initiatives, strategic planning, and measurement/evaluation in one or more of RG's solutions. This role is critical in supporting our customer’s overarching mission and will act as the primary interface between Robbins-Gioia and our customer. The Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in supporting the customer’s mission, ensuring cohesive team performance, and maintaining continuity in all communications and deliverables. This individual acts as the primary interface between Robbins-Gioia and the customer, responsible for program leadership, executive engagement, and overall project success.
Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Provide day-to-day leadership of the program team to drive performance, accountability, and mission success
- Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the government, ensuring consistent, transparent, and proactive communication
- Exercise executive oversight for contractual, strategic, and operational decision-making, aligned with customer goals
- Monitor and report on QA, program milestones, schedules, etc.
- Manage the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with organizational policies and goals
- Administers internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks
- Oversees the analysis of business needs and selects IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes
- Develops detailed documentation of methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization’s IT systems and assists with the planning of the organization’s IT roadmap
- Allocates resources and oversees departmental budget to support and manage IT projects through the entire lifecycle
- Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
- Resolve issues arising from operations that require coordination with other departments
