Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives from conception through to successful execution, ensuring strict alignment with leadership objectives and business requirements. You will own the entire project lifecycle—crafting detailed milestone plans, managing resources, maintaining rigorous documentation, and proactively mitigating risks to keep deliverables on schedule. A natural collaborator and relationship-builder, you will seamlessly navigate complex organizational dynamics to align cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and secure buy-in from senior executives and stakeholders. Beyond day-to-day project execution, you will serve as a trusted advisor, regularly presenting performance metrics to steering committees while championing continuous process improvements across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate projects based on strategic objectives set by leadership and business requirements
  • Drive high-impact transformation programs from initial agreement through to completion
  • Develop project and communication plans, mapping out milestones, resource needs, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launches and alignment with goals
  • Monitor project progress closely, adjusting plans as needed to keep deliverables on schedule
  • Identify project risks and blockers early, implementing practical solutions to resolve them
  • Generate and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, team members, and stakeholders
  • Regularly present project updates and performance metrics to senior executives and steering committees
  • Navigate complex organizational situations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate alignment across teams
  • Drive continuous process and project improvements across the organization

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-priority initiatives

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong capability to navigate organizational change, manage resistance, and guide teams through ambiguous situations
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and building alignment across cross-functional project teams
  • Proficiency with standard project and change management tools, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Natural curiosity to dive into complex business problems and develop practical, structural solutions 
  • Experience with business and project management tools, procedures, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and leadership
  • Experience with mentoring and team building
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to include the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels including senior executives
  • Natural curiosity to explore complex problems and offer well-thought out solutions

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
