Sentara is hiring a Senior Recovery Associate!

This position is fully remote.

Overview

The Senior Recovery Associate is responsible for designing and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business operations. Analyzing trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting. The incumbent must be able to utilize SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools to extract and manipulate data; conduct statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making and translate complex data into concise, easy-to-understand reports for stakeholders. The Senior Recovery Associate must be able to assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of business information systems; maintain data structures, queries, and reporting tools to support business needs; and work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and system functionality. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for: documenting business processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement, providing recommendations for enhancing data collection, storage, and analysis methods while working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT to understand reporting needs.

Experience

  • 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics (Required)
  • Must have knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools, SQL querying, and reporting software.
