Senior Solution Delivery Analyst

This role is responsible for leading the analysis, shaping, and execution support of complex business and technology initiatives from initial concept through delivery and go-live.
The Senior Solution Delivery Analyst partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to define problems, drive alignment, and develop solution direction. This role facilitates discovery, defines scope, evaluates solution options, and ensures successful execution by supporting requirements, testing, user acceptance, and business readiness activities.
This role operates with a high degree of independence and is expected to take ownership of ambiguous work, translating it into structured, actionable outcomes that enable successful delivery and adoption.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiative Shaping & Discovery
Lead project initiation activities, including problem framing, scoping, and definition of objectives
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and working groups with stakeholders across business and IT
Drive development of a shared understanding of current state, pain points, and opportunities
Perform capability mapping and gap analysis to inform future-state direction
Establish clear scope boundaries, priorities, and success criteria for initiatives
Analysis & Solution Direction
Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and system interactions
Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Develop and present solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations
Ensure alignment between business needs and technology capabilities
Maintain ownership for the quality, completeness, and traceability of requirements
Delivery & Implementation Support
Partner with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure clear translation from scope to execution
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities as needed
Provide ongoing analysis support to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and maintain momentum
Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout delivery
Testing, UAT & Business Readiness
Define and support testing strategies and validation approach
Create or guide development of test scenarios and test cases
Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring business validation of solutions
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure readiness, including:
· process documentation
· training inputs
· operational preparedness
Support go-live activities and post-launch stabilization, ensuring successful adoption and transition into operations
Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership
Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, fostering alignment and clarity
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization
Provide guidance and support to less experienced analysts as needed
Promote a structured, disciplined approach to discovery, analysis, and delivery
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution analysis, or a related role supporting technology delivery
Experience leading discovery workshops, requirements definition, and UAT activities
Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, MarTech platforms)
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple business areas
Experience supporting initiatives from initial concept through delivery and go-live
Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Background in process improvement, capability modeling, or solution design
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
None required.
Preferred: Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), agile/business analysis (e.g., AgileBA), facilitation, stakeholder engagement, or strategic planning are a plus.

SALARY:
Hiring Range: $105,876 - $126,990
Opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus based on company performance

Hybrid work from home and office required
The physical environment is typical of a standard office space. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
