Responsibilities

  • Perform a full array of accounting functions
  • Daily Cash Reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations, journal entries, including
  • Cash
  • Inventory
  • Deferred Revenue
  • Assets in Service
  • Other Accruals
  • Prepaids
  • Voucher AP/AR invoices in ERP
  • Process and record weekly vendor payments
  • Record weekly payroll entries
  • Sales Use Tax returns
  • Fixed Asset accounting
  • Assist with Month-End close process
  • Back up to order entry and billing
  • Various Accounting functions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Concentration
  • 3-5 years corporate accounting experience required
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills
