What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and review individual and
    business tax returns with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Apply fundamental principles of tax law
    and standardized tax preparation procedures to more complex tax matters
  • Provide tax and accounting-related
    consulting services to clients
  • Maintain and strengthen client
    relationships through professional, responsive communication
  • Collaborate with team members and
    contribute to a positive, engaged work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all Firm,
    Federal, and State regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Analyze financial statements and apply
    strong general accounting knowledge

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
    (required)
  • 4–7 years of tax experience, preferably
    in public accounting
  • CPA license or progress toward CPA
    strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
    and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a
    collaborative mindset
