Description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑evolving talent acquisition function. This role will initially focus on sourcing and screening, with the strong expectation that it will grow into full end‑to‑end recruitment as the organization continues to scale. The structure is changing quickly, so flexibility and comfort with ambiguity are essential.
While this position is currently virtual, candidates must reside in or near the Seattle, Washington area. There may be occasional onsite needs, and future expectations may shift once the headquarters is fully established.
What You’ll Do
Source and screen candidates across a wide range of professional and leadership roles
Progress into managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer and close
Partner with hiring leaders on roles including:
Directors and Vice Presidents
Program Managers
Procurement professionals
Information Technology roles
Utilize applicant tracking and talent intelligence platforms to manage pipelines and candidate experience
Adapt quickly to changes in process, structure, and recruiting priorities

Your responsibilities

Source and screen candidates across a wide range of professional and leadership roles

Archeticts
Global Cyber Security

Required skills

Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience in corporate roles
Must be comfortable in an evolving role; will start as a source and screen and grow into an end-to-end recruiter
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Experience utilizing Taleo and/or Eightfold
