Senior Trades (Welder A, Sr. Millwright, Fabrication Specialist)
Reports To: Foreman or Superintendent Experience: 5+ years
Role Summary
Provides advanced technical execution and problem-solving while elevating crew quality.
Core Responsibilities
· Perform complex layout, spooling, and fabrication
· Resolve constructability issues
· Maintain applicable certifications
· Support execution planning
Pay Band
· Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)
· Certification pay bumps (CWI, MedGas, etc.)
Performance Expectations (Measurable)
· Quality: Rework rate ≤ 2%
· Execution: Complex scopes pass inspection ≥ 95% on first review
· Schedule: No delays attributable to workmanship
Leadership Expectations (Measurable)
· Serves as technical lead on assigned scopes
· Actively supports Journeymen skill development
· Recognized by Foreman/Superintendent as a problem solver
