Job Title: Sr. UI/UX Developer
 
 
Job Description: We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Developer to design and build intuitive, responsive, and scalable digital experiences across web platforms, customer portals, CRM interfaces, and analytics dashboards. The ideal candidate combines strong design thinking with hands-on front-end development expertise and has experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business and user requirements. 
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. 
Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality front-end code. 
Develop reusable components and scalable UI libraries. 
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. 
Integrate front-end components with backend APIs. 
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG compliance). 
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

4–8 years of experience in UI/UX development. 
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). 
Hands-on experience with React / Angular / Vue. 
Experience with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch. 
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. 
Experience with REST API integrations. 
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 

Good to have

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Healthcare / Pharma digital platforms. 

Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva. 

Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM or Drupal. 

Knowledge of analytics-driven UX optimization. 

Experience with performance optimization tools.

Strong problem-solving mindset. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Attention to detail with a user-first approach. 

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
