Job Description

Join Casey's as the Senior Visual Media Designer and lead the development and delivery of high-impact visual media that supports communication, change, experience, and learning initiatives across Casey’s. Partnering across the enterprise, this role translates business and brand vision into compelling storytelling across video, social, web, and learning platforms. Work spans video, interactive experiences, job aids, instructor-led content, and print. Leveraging data, employee insights and collaboration with subject matter experts, the Senior Visual Media Designer creates engaging, behavior-driven content that improves adoption, strengthens engagement and ensures alignment with enterprise messaging and culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Build strong relationships with Business Unit leaders to translate brand vision into clear, compelling visual storytelling (videos, infographics, dashboards, campaigns) that drives engagement and effective learning.
  • Serve as a video strategy expert and thought leader, bringing vision to life while prioritizing and managing a cohesive pipeline of video initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality visual content across formats (video, digital, web, social, print, learning), including directing on-screen talent to ensure strong delivery and impact.
  • Create content aligned to employee lifecycle moments and listening insights, with a focus on measurable outcomes (behavior change, adoption, engagement).
  • Maintain brand consistency and alignment with enterprise messaging and culture across all deliverables.
  • Partner with Experience & Insights to align creative output with enterprise experience roadmaps and cultural priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: 

Starting pay range:‏‏‎ $75,800‏‏‎ -‏‏‎ $99,500.‏‏‎ Actual pay may vary based on Caseys assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
