Our Server Assistants assist servers by performing any tasks necessary to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
- Assist waitstaff and bartenders in providing excellent guest service
- Run food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guests have everything they need
- Clean and reset tables
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
- Perform opening, closing and side duties as required
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a full service restaurant preferred
- The genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests
- Professional, well groomed, and confident with an outgoing personality
- Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to other team members
- Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable working with a team
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Medure Brothers offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits to full time team members (30+ hours per week) after 90 days. Managers are eligible after 30 days.
Restaurant Discounts
Medure Brothers offers full time team members generous food discounts of 50% off at Matthew’s Restaurant, Restaurant Medure, Rue Saint-Marc and Midtown Table. Part time team members are eligible for a 25% discount. Both full time and part time team members are offered a 25% discount at all M Shack locations.
Personal Time Off
To encourage our team members to take regular time off to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Medure Brothers offers personal time off to full time employees (32+ hours per week) of 40 hours the first year and 80 hours after 5 years.
