Job Description

JC's BBQ & Grill is now hiring servers to join our successful restaurant team! Ideal servers are vibrant, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Servers greet our guests, provide food service assistance, and bring a genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet, serve, and ensure total customer service satisfaction
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverage items in a timely manner
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and bus tables
  • Follow all cash handling policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and seasonal specials


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Friendly and welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds comfortably · Evening and weekend availability
  • At least one year of previous restaurant or server experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
  • Experience working with Point-of-Sale system

Restaurant hours of operation:

  • Monday - Saturday: 11am - 10pm
  • Sunday: 10am - 9pm
