Job Responsibilities

Welcome. Serve. Delight.

As a Server at Sizzler, you will:

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing any concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions responsibly

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding guest service

Pay Range: $3.35 per hour - $3.35 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
