Server - Upland Brewing Co. at Clay Terrace in Carmel, IN


Help us set the tone for excellence in craft beer & food as a Server for Upland Brewing Company at Clay Terrace in Carmel, IN. We are hiring hard-working, customer-focused servers to join our growing team. 


Responsibilities: 
  • Become an expert on our beer and food
  • Guide guests with ordering decisions including highlighting new menu & beer specials 
  • Maintain a clean environment in the dining room and service stations 
  • Set tables, deliver food & beverage 
  • Deliver a great customer experience for all guests 
Qualifications: 
  • Previous restaurant experience 
  • Ability to listen & communicate effectively 
  • Able to multitask efficiently 
  • Strong organizational skills
