Job Description

Server – TPI Hospitality

 

Location: Compass Margaritaville - Naples

Position: Server

Shift: Mostly afternoons/ Evenings 

Pay: 10.98 plus tips

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
  • Multitask between taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and interacting with guests
  • Explain daily specials, provide recommendations, and handle any dietary needs
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a smooth dining experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
