2. Maintain a clean and organized table, assisting with refills and guest requests as needed.
3. Monitor guests’ needs throughout the meal, providing attentive and personalized service.
Operational Responsibilities:
1. Complete all side station work and maintain a clean, safe environment.
2. Be flexible and adaptable to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide great experiences for our guests.
Table Maintenance:
1. Maintain table settings by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water
glasses, and being alert to any spills or special needs.
2. Follow grooming standards to ensure a professional appearance.
Service Standards:
1. Maintain positive guest service standards, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
2. Follow state alcohol serving procedures in accordance with the law and company policy.
