Responsibilities and Duties

As an automotive service advisor you will:

• Greet customers, perform accurate vehicle walkarounds and listen to descriptions of vehicle concerns and effectively describe      concerns on repair orders for Technicians.
• Verify service schedules and maintenance records to properly recommend vehicle maintenance needs.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage and review with customer.
• Create accurate estimates after technician inspections and present to customer for approval.
• Maintain constant communication with customers during the vehicle repair process.
