Job Description

Attica Motorsports is growing and currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Writer. As part of our service team, you’ll help customers keep their machines running at their best while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and customer care.

About the Role


As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the communication link between customers and our technicians. You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, prepare accurate service estimates, and ensure that their machines are repaired efficiently and correctly. This role is key to maintaining the customer experience and keeping our service department running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and schedule customer needs
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
  • Document service concerns and machine issues clearly and accurately
  • Prepare repair estimates and explain them in a way customers understand
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
  • Handle payments and process service transactions
  • Keep the service area clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Communicate with customers throughout the repair process

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role (Auto, Marine, or Powersports)
  • Knowledge of off-road machines a plus!
  • Service writing, and basic repair processes
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
