We are looking for a Service Advisor for our late morning shift (Tuesdays - Fridays 9am-7pm and Saturdays 8am-5pm) in order to accommodate our expanding business and facility expansion (22 additional service bays!)
$70,000 - $120,000+/year
- Toyota/Lexus experience preferred
- Previous Advisor and dealership experience required
- Experience working in teams preferred
- MUST be proficient using a computer
- MUST have strong organizational and time management skills
- MUST have strong customer service and communication skills
- MUST have valid IL drivers license and pass a background check before starting in this role
- Generate service repair order estimates/quotes for customers
- Make suggestions to customers for recommended services based on customer's vehicle condition and mileage
- Conduct timely vehicle status updates and post-repair follow up - phone calls and emails/texts to customers
- Resolve customer complaints
Systems Experience Preferred: Reynolds Ignite/Advanced Service, Tech Dispatching, TSD Loaner Software
