Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a client-facing service role. This position plays a key part in creating a positive experience for customers by listening to their needs, communicating clearly, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

What You Will Do

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a professional, helpful first point of contact.
  • Listen to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions, and document service needs accurately.
  • Explain recommended services, timelines, and next steps in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, service schedules, and workflow with internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate progress updates, changes, and completion details to customers in a timely manner.
  • Support billing, estimates, and invoice review as needed.
  • Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to help ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready service environment.
