Here is what you will be doing:

  • Perform administrative duties for the finance and/or accounting department
  • Interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person regarding title paperwork and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Quality checks all documents submitted to ensure the application has all the information needed.
  • Scan materials or copy records and examine materials for legibility
  • Type labels or reports
  • Other related duties as assigned.
 

Here is what you will need:

  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • Successfully complete MVR (Motor Vehicle Report), background check, and pre-employment drug test.
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1 or more years of general office/administrative work experience preferred
  • Must be flexible and willing to work evening shifts, Saturday shifts and holidays
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft suite
  • Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality, without exception
