Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, from check-in to vehicle delivery.
- Actively listen to customer concerns and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally.
- Review and explain Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results, building value into recommended. services and presenting options.
- Set expectations on repair timelines and update customers throughout the process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work.
- Write repair orders, provide estimates, and secure approvals for service.
- Ensure all parts and return processes are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Walk customers to their vehicle at delivery, highlighting work performed and reinforcing trust.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor experience required.
- Must have a strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: $23-$25/hour.
- Bonus Structure: Total earnings range $65,000 - $95,000+ annually.
- Typical Service Advisors earn $70,000–$95,000.
- High performers consistently earn $100,000+.
