The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a positive experience through clear communication and efficient service coordination.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously, understanding their vehicle service needs.
Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
Work closely with service technicians to communicate customer concerns and receive updates.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to maximize efficiency.
Maintain detailed service records and ensure customer information is accurately recorded.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Promote additional services or products that benefit the customer’s vehicle maintenance.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic automotive knowledge and the ability to quickly learn vehicle service procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or service advisor role preferred.
Professional and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
Must be available to work some Saturdays
Must have full-time availability
