Automotive Service Advisor



Location: Santa Ana, CA (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Rate: $50,000 - $125,000+a year



Responsibilities:




  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership. 

  • Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history. 

  • Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences. 

  • Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions. 

  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns. 

  • Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
