	<li>Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems</li>
	<li>Secure agreement from customers before repairs; cover cost estimate; and approximate time when truck&rsquo;s work will be completed.</li>
	<li>Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings. </li>
	<li>Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised.</li>
	<li>Coordinate work assignments for service technicians.</li>

Service Advisor

Experience with medium/heavy duty truck or automobile service or as a service advisor/mechanic preferred; customer service skills, strong verbal/written communication, enthusiastic demeanor, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
